HD Traffic not working

Since upgrading to iphone5 and reinstalling the app for Australia, HD traffic is not working. It says it restored my purchase but I get the "spinning bars of death" forever and the 12 month subscription to HD traffic will not activate. Naturally I have been charged for it on iTunes but not receiving the service. Useless not having traffic info in Sydney so, Not happy Tom Tom :-(
Will delete and go buy a Garmin Nuvi dash mount. Bye Tom Tom .... X
